Oceanic Personal Safety And Signal Device

Seems durable, can only be inflated manually (for the price, a tip compatible with a BCD inflator hose should have been added). It is a little bit larger in size when rolled up do to the fact that it has extra zippers to make it a life vest - not sure if it would provide enough lift to actually be used as one.

Neat little flashlight. Emits soft white light, VERY efficient in terms of battery usage. It is a little bit awkward to turn on and off due to the fact that it is done by twisting the top, might be tricky underwater without accidentally taking apart the whole thing. Overall, a good buy, one of the (if not, the) best small lights out there.

Recently bought for a vacation in the Caribbean. Works great for what it is, doesnt leak (so far), lens did not fog when used with moisture eaters.
