I love this little guy. I like that it is very compact, and seems pretty bullet proof. It has a bunch of strobe modes, but I just set it on the standard strobe and thats fine for me. Highly recommended.

This strobe is very well made and heavy duty. It works well, as you would expect, and will probably last a long time. The only caution I have is that it is fairly long, so does not fit too well in my BCs pocket. Just check your pockets to see if it will fit in yours. You can also mount this to the outside of your BC, but I like to keep my profile as clean as possible.

Akona Safety Sausage (SMB)

This sausage is well made and designed. I tested it on my last trip to Costa Rica and it was easy to deploy and very visible. There are longer ones out there, but for me this, along with a whistle and strobe, is just fine.
