XS Scuba Z Duo M-Line Mask with Purge - i have purchased 2 with the purge and ordered a 3rd. the 3rd arrived shipped wrong i however did not notice this until i returned from the usa to saudi arabia. 1 with purchase was for me and 1 was for a friend. the purge valve works great but on both my face and my friends it hits the bottom of our nose. i used mine longer than he did hoping to find a place on my face it would not hurt and used it long enough that it bruised the bottom of my nose.
i was lucky that the 3rd was shipped wrong as my first mask i paid for corrective lenses so i could change the lenses out and have a very nice mask. the mask without the purge is a great mask.

I was Blind, but now I can see - Of all the masks I have used in the last year, the Alpha 2 is hands down one of the most comfortable and versatile masks out there. This low-volume maks is constructed out of the highest grade silicone that molds to the contours of just about everyones face that gets near it. This means a great fit that feels good and a seal that doesnt leak! Being a long-time mustache wearer, I have run the gambit of novelties and techniques to keep water out of my masks from silicone grease to vaseline to surfboard wax. Dry mask - I love the panaromic vision the side windows allow me to have while diving. The mask always stays dry. I have quite a problem with the mask fogging up even after using defog, but I think I may just be a nose breather and causing the fogging myself. I am still a rookie diver so hopefully experience will improve this problem. Otherwise the mask is wonderful.

LAKE HAVASU SNORKELER - Got the mask today. Took it out today. It works as advertised. The purge is perfect. The view is perfect. I snorkel in Lake Havasu in murky water and had no problems with it. The fit is excellent. The face seal works great. I have a goatee and there was no problem with leaks. I filled the mask with water on purpose to check out the purge valve. No problem. THIS MASK IS IMPRESSIVE. I do not consider it a buy, but an investment. Take care of your gear and it will take care of you. By the way, the Scuba guys were very helpful and the delivery was FAST. Mask was a good buy - I was looking for an affordable mask to keep around for grandkids to learn to snorkle plus for the 15 year old to use to dive. Id purchased another mask on clearance and found it to be a little smaller than I expected based on description so when this mask came up with a clearance price and the description said that it fits almost all faces from 60-240 lbs, I couldnt resist buying it. It did fit her and didnt leak - was easy to adjust and worked well for us. Even though it says that it fits almost any face, I wont be surprised if she outgrows it in a few years - its not as large as either my husbands or my mask but it did the job and she liked the color.
