best fitting rash guard - i am a swim coach and masters competitive swimmer. i live and train in coastal central florida. i either need protection from the sun when we swim during the daylight hours or for warmth against ocean breezes and ping temps as the sun goes down when we train later in the day as winter approaches. the ocean quest rash guard absolutely fits the best, holds its shaped all around and does not hinder swim motions at all. several of my team have purchased this brand on my recommendation.

Henderson makes nice products - I like this top it has a nice lining that is soft and comfy.
It has some nice logos making it look cool.
It will not replace a wet suit but will take the chill out of those nippy Caribbean days (yeah we have a few).
Its well made. I did not get a tight fit which might hinder some of the warmth. I personally am a hard to fit person. Its 1.5mm with neoprene on the front.
It might be a discontinued model why I dont know its a nice top at a pretty good price.

Dive skins - We bought the dive skins for our trip to the Caribbean this Christmas. I wanted something to protect from the sun and rash. The water is warm enough that I didnt think a wet suit was necessary (well see if I am right). We havent used them yet but they fit fine. In terms of sizing I recommend ordering a size above. I am 165 lbs (36 in waist) and a large fits just right (its snug but not too tight).

Lambert use for swimming - This product has been perfect for my husband. He has back problems and needs to swim every day and this shirt in the cool evening has been great and under his scuba suit has been perfect for the winter months. We are very impressed on how well it looks, feels and wears.
