Force Fins Adjustable Original Reviews

COMMMFFFYYYYY - i noticed someone elses review mentioned that these fins were the solution for those of us with larger feet. i have a size 16 foot, and could probably still get away with wearing the adjustable force fins with a diving boot. that being said, when i first tried them on at home and walked around a bit i found the heel pads to be abraisive, stiff, and painful. the material is one i recognize, its the same parachute quality nylon you find in the laces of combat boots. in the water this material becomes significantly less uncomfortable instead of feeling discomfort, you will entertain the idea that they are too loose and might fall off while you kick with them. also interesting because i... Force Fins Original/Dive Fins Reviews

Force Fins Original/Dive Fins Reviews   Original/Dive Fins

Force Fins Original style fins - Purchased for my 18 year old son. He found them to be easy on the legs and was happy with their propulsion. They were comfortable and easy to get on and off. I also noticed that he was much easier on the reeef and stirred up much less sand/silt than he did with his old, long, blade-style fins. His size and color were in short supply and we had a dive trip coming up in less than a week. I called Force Fins and Bob Evans (The designer of Force Fins) himself made certain that Scuba.com had a pair in my sons size and color. If none were available, he offered to ship me his own, personal pair for my son to use on the trip. As it was, Scubacom expeited the delivery and we had no problems. ... View Full Review

Force Fins Pro Fins Reviews

Great for diving, not recommended for snorkeling - Just got back from my first dive with the Force Fins Pro and found that they were wonderful when fully submerged and diving. The Force Fins delivered a lot of power for the amount of effort I put into my kick. Snorkeling however, I found to be very difficult. After playing around for several days with various kicking styles, I was finally able to find a stroke that gave me a reasonable amount of response for my effort, so I would recommend you give them some time to get comfortable with them before decide their not for you. Overall, Id say theyre a great value for the money and the perfect fin for boat dives or strong currents.

FORCE FINS-SLIM FIN - ONCE YOU KICK THE WAY IT EXPLAINS,THE MUSCLES IN YOUR STOMACH AND LOWER BACK START TO GET A WORK OUT.YOUR KICKING IMPROVES AND YOUR ACTUALLY SWIM STRONGER.I HAVE A NECK AND BACK INJURY(RECEIVED FROM THE ARMY)..I CANT USE ANY OVER ARM STROKING(FREESTYLE OR BUTTERFLY).I CAN ONLY KICK,IM ABLE TO KICK SLOWLY BUT I CAN AT LEAST GO IN THE POOL AND SWIM.I HAVE TO HAVE FRIENDS CARRY MY TANKS TO THE BOAT,NOW I CAN SCUBA REALLY EASY WITH VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT(NOW THAT I KICK CORRECTLY AND MORE EASILY)AND YET GET MORE FORWARD MOVEMENT-WITH LITTLE EFFORT.IT TOOK ME TWO LAPS IN THE POOL TO DO IT CORRECTLY.I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMEND IT TO 20 OTHER PEOPLE. Force Fins Rip Force Reviews

Reviewer: paul C. on 6/4/2007

Force Fin RIp Force Fins - I have been an avid user of Rip Force fins from Force Fin, using them primarily for body boarding for the past 3 years. My 15 year old son has complained about cramping in his feet while using his Churchills but was not eager to make the switch to the Rip Forces cause he preferred the ease of pulling on conventional fins in the water. (The Force Fins buckling system requires you to put them on before you enter the ocean). After a painful session, he decided to use my Rip Force fins and was amazed by the comfort. No cramps after an hour long session. (THe Force Fin design has you using your large quad and hamstring muscles, rather than the much smaller muscles of your lower leg.) Dont... View Full Review

review of force fins - my new slim fin force fins make all the difference in the world to me!! While doing training drills (i am a triathlete)in a pool, i feel fast and sleek. I can still do flip turns. In the open water, I know I am faster. The fins sleep easily over neoprene socks. Although they seem expensive, I find they are worth the extra money. I get a good workout in my glutes without even knowing it till hours later, so I can enjoy feeling pumped all day after an early morning swim workout!

Force Fins Bungee Heel Strap Kit (Pair) Reviews

The ease of bungee! - After owning force fins for 23 years now, I finally put on a pair of the bungee heel straps. What a difference it makes getting in and out of the force fins, which are easy to put on and take off anyway with the original strap! I especially like the oversized tab to pull them on and off because it works great with all my cold water diving with the big gloves! Super easy to put the new bungee straps on too! Great product!

Force Fins Tan Delta Reviews

Reviewer: Patrick Reardon on 9/19/2006

Force Fins Tan Delta Rock - These fins are extremely comfortable and efficient. They provide excellent power, when needed, and allow long periods of diving with no cramping or fatigue of the legs. We just did a week of five dives a day on a live aboard and leg fatigue or discomfort were never an issue. They are short, and spare the reef during macro photo shoots. They allow great maneuverability on the reef. These fins are stylish, with their translucent blue color. They look really great in underwater photos. Highly recommend.

Reviewer: Richard C. Andrews on 10/24/2008

Force Fin Foil - I have wanted a pair of the Force Fin Foil fins ever since Bob Evans showed me his proto type in his shop some years ago. I have been using the Delta Tan Elite for many years and loved them, but with age (65) my trip to Hawaii is going to be foil propelled. I cant wait to try them in salt water. I live in Alaska, so right now is not the time for me to be in salt water, the pool must do. The are beyond my expectations. Richard C. Andrews
