Reviewer: Jeffrey G.polyfin hot socks - These socks worked well in warm water as protection against irritation from full foot fins. I suspect they will provide significant additional warmth with booties in a cold-water environment and have heard this is the case from a friend who uses them.
Reviewer: summer h.socks - haha i love my dive socks
Reviewer: Peter W.Ocean Quest 3mm Low Top Premium Super-Stretch Titanium Medium Sole Dive Boots Review - Scuba Gear Reviews - I bought these boots for dive trips to the Caribbean region for warm water diving. For the most part, they did what I had hoped they would. I use them with Aqualung HotShot fins. In the past I had used these fins barefooted, but I wanted a decent pair of boots for after diving and these boots were OK. They seem to be a bit larger than I had expected. Other reviews said to buy a 1/2 size larger, but I think they actually wore like they were a 1/2 size too large even though I bought 1/2 size smaller than recommended (I bought to fit size 11, though I wear size 11.5). Im not sure if I would buy a different size if I bought them again because the combination of my fins and these boots...View Full Review
Reviewer: James ClumAqua Lung 3mm Echo Zip Ergo Dive Boots Review - Scuba Gear Reviews - These boots are comfortable and are built very well. They retain heat pretty well. The tread works well in every terrain I have encountered in them so far. The boots work well with my fins. My one gripe is that even with the velcro strap over the zipper, the zipper will still work its way down sometimes. It not often and has never been a huge issue. I liked them enough to buy a pair for my son. I would recommend these boots. - Jamie C.
Reviewer: Dirk StronckAkona 3mm Deluxe Heavy Duty Molded Sole Zipper Dive Boots Review - Scuba Gear Reviews - I wore these around for the afternoon to see how they fit. I like the fit. I noticed the arch to be a tad much for me, yet I am counting on that not effecting my dives! I think the main purpose of buying this boot is for the durability of the boot and sole for diving and the occasional trek to get there. I think they are going to work great. If they dont you will hear another review after the end of May and I get back from Mexico:)
Reviewer: Gregory D.Neosport by Henderson 3mm Low Top Tropic Dive Boot Review - $30.99 - Scuba Gear Customer Reviews - These are great boots, or should I say shoes, the tops are so low theyre more like shoes. I have a pair of the NeoSport high top 3mm boots, living in Florida, I dont always wear a wet suit and the high tops just look kind of goofy without a wetsuit, so I ordered the NeoSport low tops. These things fit great and fit in my fins as well as my boots do. They are definitely a well made quality item. I would recommend them to anyone. I ordered them just a few weeks before my vacation, and was a little nervous when I received an e-mail from Scuba.Com saying that they were on back order, and the new date that was given, would be after I the date that I would be leaving, but Scuba.Com came through...View Full Review
Reviewer: William K.Akona 2mm Low Top Dive Socks - I bought a pair of these socks and loved them. They were true to size and very soft and comfortable. Then I lost one my first day out and missed it terribly. I purchased them for use when snorkeling. I snorkel for long periods of time and these make the fins feel like your house slippers. When I ordered a new pair, I ordered an extra. They ended up on back order and I waited for a while and then I decided to call. Scuba said they could cancel the order or replace them with the next sock up at no added cost, which was the XS Scuba brand. Read the reviews and all said order a size or 2 down. Not knowing which to do, ordered 2 pair, 1 and 2 sizes down. I was "sent" 2 and 3 sizes...View Full Review
Reviewer: Ted HightGood quality but the womans size was way too tight (I dont know if the Mens sizing is OK) - I bought these for my wife and ended up returning them which cost $15.00 for FedEx shipping :( We liked them enough that were exchanging them for the next larger size but if those are too big well be out $30 just to try on 2 pairs of these boots... Im giving it 3 stars just because of the hassle of having to return something thats too small for the advertised size
Reviewer: John P.XS Scuba Beefy Polyolefin Hot Dive Socks Review - Scuba Gear Reviews - I use knee high compression stockings from the womans section of the department store. These are nice, but I wish they were longer. Choice of knee high would earn my fifth star. What the other reviews say about warmth is accurate. I do not dive without socks. These would be a good first pair for those who want to try out diving in socks.
Reviewer: Mathew SmerberPerfect dive boots - I purchased these boots for my wife to use when we go snorkeling. She was extremely happy with the comfort of the boots and the fit. the low cut design made the boot easier to put on and take off, and was easy to use with her fins. Guys if you want please your gal this is a great start, it made my vacation more enjoyable because we enjoyed our snorkeling that much more. And the boots are priced just right making it a very cheap investment completely worth it.
Reviewer: Greg F.Neosport by Henderson 3mm Medium Sole Zipper Dive Boots Review - Scuba Gear Reviews - I used them in Grand Cayman for diving and going through the rocky water without fins. Great diving boots and water shoes.
Reviewer: Murry M.Good Product - These do the job for light protection under your fins. I am at the top of the size range for the Large at 10.5 so they are difficult to get on - but fit well and are comfortable. They could add 1/8 inch to the top band to make it easier to get on over your heal without tearing the neoprene.
Reviewer: Chris StackBody Glove 3mm Flipper High-Top Dive Socks Review - Scuba Gear Reviews - Purchased these to use with my heavy scuback diving fins in maui instead of using a heavy 7mm boot. They worked well and provided some footing for the coral. Great quality and sizing was just as indicated. Aloha
Reviewer: LEONA SMITHAkona 3.5mm Deluxe Heavy Duty Molded Sole Low Top Dive Boots Review - Scuba Gear Reviews - This is my second pair. Vthey are very sturdy, walking along the surf was no challenge. Big first pair lasted about three years. I will definitely refer this product to others.
Reviewer: Matt R.XS Scuba 3mm Low-Top Tropic Dive Boots Review - $35.95 - Scuba Gear Customer Reviews - Low top boots I received from scuba.com worked great and were very comfortable. Whether your walking down the beach or hopping in the water for a dive these XS tropical dive boots work great. Their fit is perfect for my shoe size and Ive found them to be very comfortable. Leave your shoes in the car and take these boots on the trail, beach, boat, or directly into the water. Even when wet they dont stretch or make your foot slide around ! They also clean up easy.I used the bag they came in for storage in the car, and for transport in my luggage for my flight.
