| Sea & Sea DX-2G 12.1 Megapixel Underwater Camera and Housing Reviews
Reviewer: Adam M. on 10/1/2009
Best underwater digital camera Ive used so far... - I am an avid underwater photographer with about 140 camera dives. The DX-2G is the 6th digital UW camera Ive used, and so far, my favorite. I have both Sea & Sea and SeaLife cameras. I do not have SeaLifes most recent DC1000 camera though to compare to.
I currently shoot with the DX-2G, two Sea & Sea YS110a Strobes, and a Fish Eye Fix HG20DX Focus Light. My opinion is that the SeaLife... View Full Review

| Henderson 3mm Insta Dry Jumpsuit Reviews
Reviewer: Arthur H F. on 8/31/2009
InstaDry is a Nice Warm Dive Wetsuit - the price was right, so i decided to try the henderson instadry 3mm wetsuit. i tend to get cold easily doing multiple dives over a week and was looking for a warm dive suit. this is what i learned from reading the various comments and trying out the suit during a weeks dive trip.
(1) you probably need to order one size up. I wear a size 6 in the henderson hyperstretch. The size 8 in the... View Full Review

Let there be light.. - i picked up a couple of princeton tec miniwave eleds for my wife and i to take on a trip to cozumel last month. we did two night dives on our trip. one from the shore and the second from a boat. i also used the light on the interior portions of a wreck dive. the lights worked great.
the leds provided plenty of light. most of the time we kept the lights on low power to conserve battery... View Full Review

Reviewer: David C. on 8/2/2009
A great bag! Or is it... - i just purchased the scuba 12.5 lbs outback roller bag because it had all of the features i was looking for: lots of space for my gear, backpack option and rugged construction. the bag works on almost all of these levels. its big: i got all of my gear including my reg (in the optional reg bag) fins, mask & snorkel, full-sized bcd (not travel-size), mesh boat-bag, my 3:2 shortie and a 3:2 full... Reviewer: Lynn Munson on 8/21/2009
Making Physical Therapy Possible - ive had a total of 8 ankle fusions and other operations as a result of degenerative arthritis. of course, everyone suggested swimming as "the way" to get myself back in shape. the problem comes about when i kick my legs during swimming. my ankles dont bend, but they sure do hurt a lot when i try kicking..
i was about to give it up, when my son suggested i get a pair of webbed gloves from... View Full Review

| Pinnacle 8/6mm Extreme Semi-Dry Merino II Titanium Jumpsuit with Attached Hood Reviews
Reviewer: Alison Jensen on 9/5/2009
Bit of a challenge - The suit is easy enough to get on, though I usually encounter only mild difficulty with the hood (getting it high enough on my shoulders to go over my head). Getting the suit off is another story: the zipper is very stiff, even when waxed, and led to my TKO on the shoreline when my boyfriends balled up hand slipped off the zipper and cracked me, full brute force, in the face (true story). The... View Full Review

| OMS Ultra Bright K2 L.E.D. Head Lamp Reviews
Reviewer: Scott Michael on 9/5/2009
Not a backup, but an extra light. - I bought this light for a black water dive on the Cooper River in SC looking for fossils. I was amazed how much this light helped examine the river bottom. When I laid my primary light down on the river bottom to adjust some equipment, I could still easily see what I was doing. I dont think of this as a backup light, but rather as an extra light
Another even more useful point about this light... View Full Review

| Sealife DC1000 10.1 Megapixel Elite Kit with Digital Pro Flash Reviews
Reviewer: Dino Simotas on 8/14/2009
Wow! - At first glance, this camera/housing/flash is really impressive! Its actually fairly large body feels very solid. The camera itself is pretty small and fits snugly into the housing. All the buttons seem to be accessible. For the actual photo quality, I took a variety of land shots and found the camera was pretty good. Sea photos were much harder to judge as this is my first UW camera. I took... View Full Review

THE CAMERA IS VERY EASY TO USE AND HAS FANTASTIC FEATURES LIKE AN OCEAN SETTING THAT HELPS TO CORRECT YOUR COLOR. TE HOUSING IS STURDY AND I VEVER HAD ANY LEAKING. I BOUGHT THE MOISTURE MUNCHERS AND WENT THROUGH ABOUT 1 EVERY OTHER DAY (THREE DIVES A DAY). I ALSO PURCHASED THE FLOAT STRAP WHICH WAS WONDERFUL. THE CAMERA... View Full Review

| Pinnacle 7/5mm Arctic Merino Titanium Jumpsuit Reviews
Reviewer: mike m. on 9/19/2009
Awesome Wetsuit - My wife has a tougher time diving in colder water than I do so I wanted to make sure I got her a quality wetsuit. My Tilos wetsuit doesnt do much to seal off the ankles, wrists and neck. The Pinnacle arctic is designed exactly how I would want a wetsuit to be designed. The legs have an inner layer that seals to the ankle with glideskin. After putting the boot over the inner layer there is an... View Full Review
