This clip works perfectly and it keeps my Octo close at hand. The male clip clicks into a female buckle that is attached to my BCD, so it is very easy to just clip and unclip the Octo before and after a dive. It is much better than the other type of Octo clip that Ive used in the past, which was the Bulb type, where you have to shove the Octos mouth-piece into the opening of the bulb. All in All, it was a very inexpensive, but great purchase that has made set-up and dismantle of my dive gear easier and more stream-lined.
