i purshed a bag like this one in 2003 and it is coming un done at the seems and at the clips and at the back-pack strapof the bag. will this one do the same?

Its impossible to say. You don't state how much use the bag has seen, but 9 years for any sort of dive bag is a pretty good life span. I can only hope mine lasts that long as well.

No the cubic inches list on Akona's website cannot be correct. This backpack bag is big enough for mask, fins, snorkel, towel and change of clothes, but not full set of gear.
