We bought 2 and we had different brands of gauges for all 6 pieces. Followed the comments from others that bought this boot (heating up the boot in very hot (not boiling) water was the key to success. They are perfect for our diving needs.

bought this boot to replace a two slot boot that had torn. this product is ok, but i would have liked some instructions as to how to the instruments a little bit easier. i wound up putting in hot, not boiling water to soften it a bit.

Rating: Genesis 3 Gauge Inline Boot great product

This is a great console easy to use. You will have to use a little push to fit the gauges in it but it holds the items very secure. They will not fall out. I would buy this product again.

Questions and Answers for Genesis 3 Gauge Inline Boot:

  • Larry:

How to disassemble genesis console to install gauges

Greg  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

The compass and depth gauge are removable from the old gauge and should pop into the new boot easily. The pressure gauge (with it's hose), needs to be removed from the regulator's first stage. Pull the pressure gauge with it's hose up through the old boot. To install into the new boot slide the hose through the gauge opening all the way through the hose opening. Place the pressure gauge into the boot and everything is installed. Now reconnect the console hose back to the first stage,

  • Daniel:

I need to replace my inline boot, the gauges are scubapro and all work fine they are from two to two and a half inches in width. Will the Genesis 3 gauge inline boot work for me or do sell a boot that you suggest ?
