This mount was excellent at bringing my rig to a minimal feel. Especially with a retractor clip. Pulling out the compass was quick and easy. It is extremely tight though, so be careful putting the compass in, once in it doesnt like to come back out. So ensure that luber line is in the right position.

This clip mount boot works perfectly for my Aeris compass module. It was somewhat of a challenge to install: it takes strong fingers and pinched my fingers a couple of times. Once in place, the compass and boot work as one: a secure and perfect fit.

The Aeris XR Compass Clip Mount Boot with the Sherwood SUPERTILT 2 COMPASS MODULE mounted on the XS Scuba XSCERRORY MINI RETRACTOR CLIP gave me the perfect compass set-up. My compass was out of the way clipped on my BC until I needed it, then it was in my hand and ready to use. PLUS, this set-up let me swim with my arms in a natural position — not the arm bent at right angle position necessary when using a wrist compass. I loved it, my friends loved it, and so did the SOB who stole it. Ill replace it with the same set-up, even though my Suunto D9 has a built-in electronic compass.

Excellent, just what i was looking for. it eliminated having to wear a bulky wrist compass and allowed me to clip it right to my BCD. perfect for anyone looking to do the same
