After you use use your computer for a while it will have scratches on the face no matter how careful you are and doesnt take that many dives to get it scratched so the data is difficult to read - the guard will protect the face which is not replaceable - its not easy to replace but its WELL worth the time and the small expense - I carry an extra in my save a dive kit just in case

KEEP A SPARE GAUGE GUARD JUST INCASE OF DAMAGE TO YOUR MAIN ONE.
IF YOUR MAIN GUARD IS BADLY SCRACHED OR BROKEN JUST SWITCH IT OUT.
A WEEK LONG DIVE VACATION IS ALOT MORE FUN WITH GAGUES YOU CAN SEE CLEARLY.

It fits, is clear, and is a great backup incase by some off chance your display found some rocks or steel to grind on in or out of the water.

Your Sherwood Wisdom Gauge guard will eventually get scratched or break, which it is designed to do! This replacement is easy and a great value. Now my Wisdom looks brand new!
