the unit comes with a mini-disc to download the software - my computer does not accept them. I went to the Uwatec site to download the software - but before that could happen I had to make adjustments in my firewall which I rather not have had to do. The unit works fine but was later told I could get an IR reader from CompUSA for a fraction of the cost of the ScubePro reader. Three stars due to the price - go to COMPUSA and get one.

The USB worked just like it was suppose to. Dont know why it wasnt included even as an option when I purchased the dive computer.
