You cannot mention a lot about a cable. It works perfectly with my Geo 2.0. The cons, I think would be great that download cable were standarts with mini o microUSB, instead this propietary cable.

This cable works well and is necessary to have if you want to use OceanLog but is way overpriced for such a simple cable. At least it connects firmly to the watch (unlike the cable for the ProPlus and VEO), and when you connect it, the watch goes into PC mode without having to push buttons like the ProPlus and VEO system. If you go to buy one, good luck trying to get a price below $90 and the pictures shown on most websites are incorrect. Actual cable has a spring loaded clip that mates well to the watch. Most pictures show the cable for the Proplus/VEO.

The dive computer is easy to use yet sophisticated enough for the discernable techie. The interface and cable operate seamlessly. I recomend the DC and the interface cable to all who want to keep a digital dive log instead of a soggy dive book. If you can sync an iPod you can handle this easily.

The cable that i purchased for my Oceanic Geo works perfectly as i expected. I have no complaints and it is a definite must have when u purchase the Oceanic Geo dive watch so you can download your dive info on to your computer. Thanks scuba.com for another great product.

Sequence of events for downloading the data is very hard until you get used to it. The whole system is quite mediocre, pay more and get a better product.
