i bought two of these for a holiday trip to hawaii, and was a little concerned about buying suits id never seen. the scubamax suits fit perfectly for my 7 and 5 year old girls theyre a little skinny so i bought the xsmall and small. they fit nicely, are easy to put on, the girls love wearing them, and are well made.

Rating: Keeps My Skinny Minnie Warm as Toast!
Reviewer: Candace Mahoney, Monday, August 25, 2008
I bought this suit for my super-skinny 6-year-old. Whenever we went to the lake or pool, shed be shivering and wanting to leave withing 15-20 minutes. Now we can swim for hours, even in the colder pools, and shes happy as a clam. I couldnt be more satisfied! :)

Rating: Wet suit worth the buy

My 10 yr old daughter was thrilled with "Santas" gift. We went on a month long vacation to the ocean and she wore it almost everyday. It was very comfortable, easy to get on and off and still looks brand new! The fit is exactly as it should be! I think this was an excellent value especially after pricing it elsewhere!

Rating: Awesome price for a childs shortie wetsuit!
Reviewer: fun ng, Thursday, December 07, 2006 - View all my reviews
Kids specialty outdoor gear is usually pretty expensive, and not many choices in sizes either. Hard to imagine them growing out of them in a year or so. My niece couldnt wait to get into them for her swimming lessons. All summer long shes been shivering while her older brother races around in his suit in the pool. Now shell be able to stay in the water just as long!

Rating: keeping skinning kids warm

These fit nice and are low cost for those growing kids that will only get to wear them one season. The inseam wears a bit fast. but they work fine

Rating: Kids shorty

This was the perfect solution for my daughter who likes to swim, but hate to be cold. Over the cooler summer we just experienced she doubled her time in the pool after we bought her the shorty. Its priced so affordably, it costs the same as a quality swimsuit, that we can buy the next size up each summer.

Rating: Max. 2MM Kids Shorty
Reviewer: Cory Enyeart, Tuesday, September 19, 2006
I purchased this for my 3 year old son who has to be in the water reguardless of the temperature. It was a great fit and the quality of the suit was very good. Sturdy materials and zipper. He will grow out of it soon but Im sure it will be a great hand me down for his baby brothers.

Rating: Kids Wetsuits
Reviewer: michael downey, Wednesday, September 20, 2006
We live in Colonial Beach, Virginia and already swim March to November but a little warmth in the extremes of our swimming season wouldnt hurt. We arent hardcore divers just boogie boarding an swimming. The cold hasnt come yet but the kids are already wearing their suits because they block the jelly fish stings. These shorties are every bit as solid as the grown up ones. The only difference is the low price.

Our son just loves his shortie and it does a good job of protecting him from cold, sun etc. It seems to be comfortable also.

Rating: Satisfied with the product

This was our first wetsuit purchase and I was concerned about the quality because of the products price point, but it seems to be a good suit for the money. Very expedient shipping!
