What can I say? The old bulb pulls out and the new bulb pushess in and then one has light. When I first received the light I ordered, one of the bulbs did not work but I have had no problems since. The only issue with this particular product is my large hands had some trouble getting a grip on the bulb to pull it out. Perhaps it could come with a rubber bulb puller that works like the Chinese finger trap.
