Is this rash guard neutral bouyant when wet?
Hello Russell, Thank you for your inquiry! The Ocean Quest 6oz Premium Lycra Short Sleeve Rash Guard has no buoyancy as it is a fabric that absorbs the water when it becomes wet. The only effect it will have on you is when you come out of the water, as it will be heavier when it is wet as apposed to when it is dry. http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-60/110928/Ocean-Quest-6oz-Premium-Lycra-Short-Sleeve-Rash-Guard.html If you have other questions, need help or would like to place an order, please contact one of our Instructors at SCUBA.com by calling 800-247-2822 <> 949-221-9300 or e-mail us at: email@example.com

Hey All! I just got my new Short Sleeve Rash Guard in today. I was just wondering how I would go about washing it. It didnt come with instructions on what to do or settings to use. I just would like to ask before I throw it in and mess it all up. Thanks!
Hi. I just purchased a 3mm wetsuit vest and the fit is pretty good except that there is a gap in front just above the armpit. I was looking for something that would help keep me warm in our local pool which is chillingly difficult to get into. Im thinking that this gap would allow the cold water to seep right in and Id be cold instantly. Maybe the problem is the fit but now Im wondering if a rash guard short sleeve or long sleeve would be better. I just need a little something to make it easier to get into that cold water and allow me to enjoy water aerobics without shivering towards the end of the class. Any suggestions?
Hello Christine, the rash guard in a 6oz version will not add any warmth to you. You would need something like the http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-289/079764/ONeill-Thermo-X-13oz-Polylefin-Short-Sleeve-Rash-Guard.html.
