i am a kinda big guy, usually wear a 2xl shirt. when i got this shirt and tried it on i thought it was a little small (i did order a 2xl) but i figured that i would at least give it a shot in the water. after the first day i decided that i was happy with it. i certainly can see where the sizing may run a little small, but for me it has been a very comfortable product. construction is good. as a person who doesnt usually even get in the pool with out a shirt (i hate burning), i am very happy with this product! i have also made a couple dives in a 95˚ hot spring wearing this shirt and was very comfortable.

I will be the first to say I put on a little extra over this past winter, but I think the sizes run a little small. I used it as my sunscreen and spent full days in the water while in the Bahamas for ten days, it did its job and for me back to the gym.

I usually wear a 6 (my wetsuite by Neosport is a 6 ) but these run very small (even though I orderd a 7-8) as others have said and the neck is very tight, so if you dont like that keep looking. I went with another brand.

This shirt runs very small. I wear an 8/10 and I ordered an 11/12. When I put it on I couldnt breathe. It looks like it is very well crafted, but I would only recommend this brand for very petite women.

Yes I understand these need to be a little tight to work well but I will order the next size up next time.
I wear Xlarge sized things normally but I think an XXlarge in this would work better under my wetsuit.
Quality of the item is A++

Nice shirt I use for warm water snorkeling. I stress what others have said about this item, order at least a size larger than you normally use. I am a medium, ordered a large thanks to others reviews, and it fits plenty snug. Other than that its a good buy.

This was the first purchase that I have made from this site, and to be honest I was more than happy. This is exactly what I was looking for. Though leery even after my purchase when I got my package just a few days latter, inside was exactly as described. So if you are looking for a lightweight shorty, this is the one for you.

Being fair-skinned and planning on spending all of the 4th of July on the beach in San Diego, this top was perfect. Its light weight, a light color that doesnt heat up in the sun and it looked great on me. But it also gives a little bit of warmth in the chilly ocean water. I slipped it on once I felt my upper body getting burned and it kept me comfortable and crisp-free the rest of the day. The sizing chart on line insured a terrific fit and the cap sleeves kept my shoulders from burning without giving me that "Farmers tan" line above my elbows (or the back of my neck). I didnt have to feel slick from applying sunscreen several times each day. This was exactly the top I needed. And a great price.

Rating: Sizing your body glove for beach wear.

Body glove shirts are great for sun protection and warmth at the beach, however when ordering size for beach wear order 1 size larger than size chart reccomends. These shirts where designed to fit tight to skin hence (glove )to be worren under wet suits. For beach comfort most people do not want them that tight we find ordering 1 size larger body glove still stays in place in the water while protecting you from the suns harmful rays. They wear like iron and hold there shape other shirts we have tried do not hold up to the wear of my water loving teenagers.

The rashguard fit great, but it needs to have a higher neck line as I still get a neck rash while wearing it.
