We bought the dive skins for our trip to the Caribbean this Christmas. I wanted something to protect from the sun and rash. The water is warm enough that I didnt think a wet suit was necessary (well see if I am right). We havent used them yet but they fit fine. In terms of sizing I recommend ordering a size above. I am 165 lbs (36 in waist) and a large fits just right (its snug but not too tight).

Ive gone through 2 thermo long-sleeved tops. I wear them to take water aerobics in a pool. Before I started to wear them, I was always freezing after an hour of class even in a heated pool. I cant tell you how envious my classmates are of my thermo top! I love the ONeill thermo and keep buying the same one when the clorine destroys it over time..... Thanks! Nancy

Gave me the extra warmth I need for post summer diving in So Cal. Quick drying and very comfortable. But I advise getting on size larger than your normal shirt size.

This rash guard is made well and does a nice job. However they tend to run small and are really skin tight. Try to order one size up,(larger).

was somewhat smaller that i thought it would be, and being a thermo shirt i thought it would be a little bit thicker, but have not tried it yet to see how warm it is in the water
