they are excellent. i have problems keeping my legs up when doinglaps these thing keep me level. i do not havetmove the legs much to pick up even the most minimal speed.

I have an OLD pair of AQUA LUNG Natures Wing propeller fins (with the adjustable heel strap) which I use when doing laps. They are slowly disintegrating. Would the Aqua Sphere Alpha Eva Foam Fitness Fin be a suitable replacement? Will they fit my 10 1/2 to 11 AAA/AAAAA foot? If not, what would be a better choice?
