To start out, let me say, I turned 65 in March and retired. My husband & I go to the pool and gym everyday. My friend at the pool had fins and she swims 1 mile aday. That is my goal, but to get that done I needed help. I love my mircofins. They have strengthened my legs so much. When I take them off, its like Im not moving. Im glad I have them.

I started swimming to get ready for scuba diving. I was reluctant to use training fins because it seemed like cheating. Once I started, I was hooked. WIth the fins, my body position is much improved and the legs are worked in addition to the arms. My finning is improving along with my conditioning. Excellent quality and fit. Love them!
