im interested in getting the sealife and sea dragon for snorkelinghowever, im a bit confused with all the sea dragon light options and what it can and can not do for me with regards to shooting pictures and video. what would be your recommendation for the sea dragon light for snorkeling only?
Does the Sea Dragon led have the capability of having 2 arms and lights? In other words do they connect together with the Go pro in the middle? And, what is the advantage of 2 lights vs. 1. What is the difference or advantage between 1200 lumen under water and the 2000 lumens
With the addition of the SL990 Flex Connect Dual Tray, you can set it up for 2 lights. The advantage of 2 lights over one, beyond the obvious of simply more light output, is in the versatility of front/back lighting, the elimination of shadowing that can be caused by one directional light, or the ability to have one video light and one strobe so that you can easily switch between video and still photography underwater. Tbe advantage of the 2000 lumen light over the 1200 is simply the amount of light put out by the video light.
