Yup its a mask strap. Got this one for my girlfriend because she had trouble with her hair. I put the neoprene strap on my mask and I liked it. I never had any problems with my mask straps, but this made it probably a second or so faster to put on my mask. Seems more comfortable, but it does not feel like it grips as well on my shaved head as my silicone strap. Definately think it would be alot better for people with hair. Hope this helps.

Kept my wifes hair from becoming entangled in her mask strap. Not much more can be said about this product.

Its a cover for your mask strap, but it matches the rest of my Pinnacle gear and the price was right when I purchased it. No complaints so far!

this is a great cover but it does not add buoyancy to a ped mask.
