i used this on my new mask and it worked. put it on my sons mask and it didnt work. both masks had tempered glass lenses and both were cleaned with Sea Buff Dive Mask Pre-cleaner before application. Hmmmm

As Anti Fog products go, I usually use a bucket of slightly soapy water while diving off boats, however, of all the antifog products this is one cannot be beat. It stands out head and shoulders above all others.

This is by far the BEST mask defogger I have EVER used bar none. I am so happy with it that I yearly order 6 bottles, so that I have enough for my dive trips for the year.

Cannot beat this product for preventing fogging.
Apply once, rinse and your good for an entire dive!
Dont waste your money on anything else.

excellent product. my moustache always creates a minor leak in my mask, and even with constant clearing (at least a dozen or more during a typical 1 hour drive) my mask does not fog up when using sea gold. i have switched from the standard sea s forever!

I have tried a wide variety of anti-foggers for my mask. I always come back to the Sea Gold. It is a nice gel which clings to your mask but rinses clear. You will have a great dive without fogging your mask everytime.

this defog works well, but its thick and a little hard to work with. i prefer sea s by the same manufacturer. its easier to work with,lasts longer, and works just as well.

I got this free when I bought my XS Scuba mask bag. It works as well as any quality mask anti-fogger. Because its a gel and in a squeeze bottle I can keep it in my BC pocket for touch-ups if needed. Ive yet to find a McNett product that I didnt like.

Im mostly worried about adverse effects on the transitions part of the lens.
