I am a water baby, so this case will be great whenever Im skiing or swimming or diving or snorkeling, its great. I got this case the day before I left for Cozumel and Im so glad I had it for my trip. I am really wondering why and how Ive gone so long without it. First off, I love my Canon camera and this housing case was just the greatest little extra I could ever have for it. So easy to use and the pictures turned out great. A friend I went to Cozumel with bought a $30 underwater camera and all her pictures turned out with a line in them. Another woman on the trip bought a digital camera and housing case for $150 and she couldnt get it to work either. I had no problems what so ever, but when your diving you tend to leave your camera running so I went through batteries fast. I really recommend putting some money into some good batteries for your camer...not cheap ones. I didnt buy the weights for the camera and that didnt seem to make a big difference, but my A75 camera only took one weight so I took my chance without it...some cameras need more weights so if yours takes more than one Id really consider getting the weights in that case. Check out the Canon website for addl info and research, but this was the best price I found...not used. Good luck and hope this helps.

I just got my housing and have made three dives with it. I am not much of a photographer but working with digital u/w makes it easier and this housing allows me to do that. It keeps all functions of the camera. There is one drawback, and that is you have to memorize the buttons on the camera. You cant read the camera through the housing. It keeps the camera dry, the most important part!!!!

I just returned from Costa Rica where I was able to dive with my new underwater housing. It performed perfectly at 90 feet. We even switched from Underwater Still Mode to Movie Mode. The movies are really cool. When using the Underwater mode, be sure to use the flash diffuser and get as close as possible to your subject. Enjoy! I did!

This housing is great. I used it in the Bahamas down to 90 feet and cold quarry dives to 55, and have had no trouble at all. Was able to shoot some great stills and video with my A520. All the controls are accessible and its good to deeper than previous Canon enclosures. Highly recommended!

Perfect item. Made by Cannon for my Cannon. Every button works and I have full access to my camera. If you already have a digital camera, why buy one for diving when you can probably just buy a housing made for your camera and save bucks!!!

Canon makes a very nice underwater housing. It is well built and easy to use. The camera is easy to put in the housing and all the functions of the camera that are available on land are also available under water.
