I loved it! I am not a strong swimmer and recently snorkels in Roatan Hondures. This vest allowed me the ability to feel very comfortable to snorkel in area of 50 feet of water with out fear. The vest has a neopene belt and back which gives buoyancy and allows you to use as little or as much air as you want in the jacket. I was very comfortable and had great range of motion.

Rating: Size was deceiving

I thought I was getting an Adult Large and it came as an Adult Medium which was disapointing as it will only fit my daughter and no one else.

the vest is well made product...you can fold it down and it weights not much for travel, provides safety for unsure snorkelers....allouds for divinng down if you need to and protects your life if you get tired or get in any kind of problem.....while away from the shore ....easy to use...good sizing in the catalog...overall good safty product...not only for kids...or weak swimmers.I loved just to inflate it and keep my buoyancy on the top of the waves....it was fun...and safe!!!!!!!!!!

Does the snorkle safety vest type that looks like a jacket, ride up because of no crotch strap? Is it more comfortable or encombering to wear than the single piece vest with the hole in the middle and the crotch strap?
Bill (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com)

More comfort and better floatation.
