This bladder is more than enough for most rec diving. Be aware that it does not screw on like most other bladders. It uses a couple of wing nuts and fat washers in the center of the plate. If your plate claims that it comes with hardware for the bladder, it will not come with these. I actually went down to SCUBA.com in Irvine, and we spent an hour just searching for parts and hardware.

I think this ballder is awesome and such a great idea with the bungies. When you deflate it it kinda folds up on its self thus reducing surface area/drag.Seems to be made of tough material!
