I like these pockets because they drain (and rinse) excellently and the zipper tab is big enough to grab easily. The material is stiff enough that I can open and close it one-handed. They are just the right size to enclose a pair of EMT shears and a line cutter but still be flat and reasonably low-profile.
But they have suicide clips (plastic carabiner thingies) on the outside that must be cut off which is annoying. I cut the plastic loop of the clips, leaving the webbing loops intact, and added a 1" SS split ring on one side which is a useful small clippoff point. I left the third clip on the inside, and added a bungee lanyard loop inside which would have been nice for XS to have have included in the first place.
Not perfect out of the box but the just-right size and material, and the price, give it a 4 for me.

Very sturdy pocket with well sewn high quality zipper and multiple secure ways to mount it on BCD. We even used it as a weight pouch when needed.

We rented bcds, so the pocket helped with having items right there to start. Unclip to remove items, nothing left behind.
