i love my sherwood bc and have used it for about 100 dives. the weight pockets, however, do not stand up to ping/excess weight. i have broken two pockets by the teeth breaking and the zipper snapping off. i have resorted to using only 4 lbs in each pocket (instead of 7 lbs) and the rest on a weight belt (not integrated into the bc.enjoy, but handle with care.

Rating: Replacement Parts for BCD

It is great to know that not only are the replacement internal weight pouches available, easy to get a hold of (I lost one do an inattentive check-in airport baggage inspector), and they fit as designed, but you don’t have to wait a month to get a hold of them.. The price is a bit high, but then it was my mistake not putting the pouches back in the BCD and Scuba.com has a lower price than the local dive shop and faster when it is an item and brand not in store stock. I got mine within a week from ordering. :)

Bought this as a spare for my Sherwood Avid BC. It is an exact of the original and stands by the need occur for replacement. Well made and easy to operate just like originals.

This was a replacement weight pocket for my Sherwood BCD. Had to replace it because the origional that came with my BCD zipper had failed after 8 months use and about 30 dives.
