I really like the top. I bought the top to keep me warm teaching swimming while the water is still cold. It really helps. My only complaint is that I followed the chest measurements in ordering. I could have ordered a size smaller. I believe it wouldve fit better.

This mens medium runs very small -read tight. My husband always wears medium and he was able to get it on with a struggle but definately not comfortable. The womans size medium ran true to size.

I want a mens Neisport 1.5mm XSPAN Super-Stretch Long Sleeve Wetsuit Top. My measurements are chest 40 and waste 35. Would I wear a mens XL?

The waist and chest are the most important measurements for the fit with this top. It can be snug as the material is a 1.5mm and will have good stretch.
