Only 1.5mm I use this suit for windsurfing in Hawaii, the inside is a slick foil like surface, kind of clammy, not very warm at all. I am mostly out of the water and need the suit to keep me warm from the wind chill, this it does well but in the winter when the water is about 75 its not nearly warm enough. Also the fit is probably best for someone a bit heavier in build, Im 65" 220 and the XL is loose in the waist area but fits well everywhere else.

I got the Pinnacle 1.5 Shadow to take with me to Cozumel, and after several dives, I have no complaints. In Coz, some dove with NO suit, and others dove with 5mm stuff. Considering some dives were an hour long, I figured you needed SOMETHING on, and the 1.5 Shadow worked well. Cant really review durability just yet, but so far so good! Im 63, 235lbs and the X-large fit me well.

First, let me clarify my Akona 1mm review. It should say I am 6 feet 3 inches. And no, Im not Christie. Now, the mens XL Pinnacle 1.5mm Shadow fits me very nicely at 6ft 3in and 230lbs. You cant tell from the picture but all the stitching is a royal blue which looks nice against all the black. The "Titanium" lining seems to help the suit slide on a little easier. Not a big deal, but it has a key pocket inside the back flap. If youre a taller individual looking for a thin suit, this is the one. Keith.
