Rating: not cut to fit a regular kid

After looking at the sizing chart, I ordered a size 10, which should fit my daughter (she wears size 10 in other clothes). However, when she tried this suit on, it was far too short and went up her crotch. In addition, the suit was so baggy around the middle, we could have stuffed a pillow into the suit with her and still zipped it closed! So we sent it back. This suit should be sold as a special sizing option for short, overweight kids. Other than the sizing problem, the suit looked okay to me. I thought the softer, thinner spandex arms were a good idea to prevent binding in that area.

Rating: No more shivering and Blue lips!

I ordered the stingary shorty for my younger child who is often cold (shivering and blue lips) at indoor auquatic places and early in our swim season before summer weather sets in. I love it. It is well made with a great chunky zipper. He is very comfortable in it. And requests to wear it. It keeps him warmer but the lycra sleeves are great because he moves easily and did fine in it at swim lessons. I thought it was a wonderful value for the price!

I purchased the stingray shorty for my son who is always shivering at swim lessons. It is awesome. He no longer looks like he is frozen and can enjoy his time in the water. It is high quality and fits well. Shipped quickly to us and great customer service

This wet suit was the perfect fit for my son. We live at the beach so they cant get back in the water soon enough. It was very true to the size listed on line. Great quality! We will definitely order more as the kids continue to grow.

For the price these kids shorties beat anything Ive seen. They are comfortable, easily put on by my 7 year old, and do a great job keeping them warm during long periods of snorkeling. Will buy next size up when they grow out of these.

Good product, but cut on top of shorty style wetsuit too big for my daughters body. She didnt think kept her any warmer in pool than reg. suit. Hoping will fit my boys better when they are older... Susan

My son loves his new shortie wetsuit. It helped him enjoy his first swim class. He was a little fearful, so it was comforting to be warm in the swimming pool and to have a little extra buoyancy from the suit.

In order for the suit to fit, we definitely had to go a size down. However, my son is slender. Unfortunately, my son was still cold in the pool. So we might have to go for an all body suit.
