My wife wore this a few times under her 3mm on our second tank of the day in Cozumel. She was happy with the fit, and it was good for "just a little more" marmth without having to add any weight for the neoprene. Well made and worth the money.

This vest fit well but was way too difficult to remove. I would purchase a vest with a zipper instead for easy removal.
