Bought this microprene warmer to wear under my 7mm for more insulation in our cold SoCal dive sites. Considering how thin it is, it keeps me warm longer than wearing the 7mm alone. It also works great wearing alone in tropical waters.

I use this under my 5/7 Henderson wet suit for diving in cold water around 49 degrees and the extra core warmth was great while not adding a lot of bulk or restriction.

ive used the 1/2mm core warmer only twice, under a 7mm jumpsuit, in water between 50 and 55 degrees. it was a good fit very comfortable, and easy to slip on and off.
