Pinnacle just fits me right. I have issues with Henderson sizes off the rack and I have had some quality control issues with their products in the past so I steer clear. My only negative on this is that it has a plethora of zipper covers etc at the top. I prefer a simpler approach.

Used my Pinnacle Shadow on a week long dive trip to Key Largo. The suit performed very well, but I had a little trouble with the zipper and the velcro fastners on the back. Otherwise it was a very good choice.

Perfect for warm water diving, or as a layer under another wetsuit for colder water. Im 6 and 1/2" tall, 165lbs and the m/lg was a perfect fit for me. Once again, Im very pleased with my 2nd Pinnacle wetsuit.

At 0.5 mm its like a slightly warmer diveskin but is really stretchy and fits very well
