my husband is 511" 195 lbs. he wears a 16 1/234 shirt. if a buy him a casual street shirt, i buy large. on this product, the 2x large fit him, while the extra large did not. save yourself a lot a trouble and order one or two sizes larger than you think you need. we ordered by mail and now have to return the first two we ordered. other than that, it is a great product. he wears it over a .5mm suit for warm water diving. its also good for the breezy boat ride after the dive back to the resort. easy on and off.

Im glad I read the reviews here first. I normally wear a large in everything, even all my other Henderson dive gear is size large. But this core warmer is sized wrong. I ordered the 2XL and it fits more like a large. Works great as a core warmer over my Gold 3m full jumpsuit, or even directly on skin for snorkeling. And like all other Gold core, it dries quick and does not stink!

Warning: Although this is a high quality item, the sizing is totally wrong. I ordered a Mens Large for my 185 pound 511" husband and the vest was WAY TOO SMALL. In fact, so small that I could hardly get in it. Then, I ordered the EXTRA LARGE, and even it was too small for him. Finally, I ordered the 2X LARGE, and I got a proper fit. So, be aware that the sizes run small.

This is another great Henderson product, feels great, looks cool , keeps you warm and protects you from BCD shoulder strap bruises or your rash guard from being damaged. Fast drying as well!

I can honestly say the Henderson gold core vest was a wise purchase.I Went to Roatan last month, did 3 dives a day and the 3mm vest was all I needed perfect.No need for a full wetsuit at all.
