Rating: Underwater camera
Reviewer: William Rudy, Thursday, August 24, 2006 - View all my reviews
The camera worked great in the beautiful waters off the coast of Cozumel, however upon taking all my pictures, the rewinding of the film back into the case was not explained very well in the directions. Due to some poor instructions, I ended up stripping the film holes because I had not pushed the button on the camera bottom to release the filkm for rewind. I ended up going into a dark closet and taking all the film out in the pitch black and rewinding it by hand and placing it in the plastic film case. When I took it to the store for developing, I hasd to make sure the clerk did not open it in the light. All worked out well, but it was a hassle. The camera itself worked great and I was please with the pictures. My sons pictures were much better as he had a much more expensive digital camera, but for the price of the camera and case, I felt it was a good value. Bill Marion OH

Rating: Kauai Scuba and sports water camera.
Reviewer: Nathan Stock, Sunday, January 28, 2007 - View all my reviews
We took this camera to scuba in Kauai. I put silicone greese on the o-ring prior to diving. It does not have auto rewind or auto advance as advertised. On the first dive a small ammount of moisture collected inside of it. It may have been just condensation of the existing air moisture. It did not puddle so I am not sure if it leaked or condenced. I dried it for the second dive and It seemed to work well. After that we did alot of snorkleing with it and it did well then.
Overall I am pleased with the camera for its price and we have some good photos of our dive.

Rating: Good Basic Camera
Reviewer: Ronald Wilson, Tuesday, July 01, 2008
Used this camera on our last dive in June. It is a good beginner camera if you dont want to spend a lot for expirmenting. Easy to use if you have used a film camera in the past. If you have never used a film camera you may ruin a roll or two before you get it right. More than six inches away from your subject pictures will be washed out.
It came with some 800 film. Throw that away or use it for expirmenting on land. It was cheap film. Buy some good film, 400 works good. It didnt leak and overall worked quite well for those lasting vacation pictures.

Rating: Totally Impressed
Reviewer: Susan Caacbay, Thursday, February 08, 2007
We bought 2 of these cameras before a trip to Bonaire we both wanted to take pictures while diving. Though the camera itself is not of high quality - it feels very light it took some awesome pictures. We also took above ground pictures being told not to leave our digital cameras in the truck while diving. Some of those pictures are better than the digital shots. I would highly recommend these cameras for beginners who do not want to invest alot of money in an underwater camera, yet still get some neat shots of their diving experience.

Rating: Very cool!
Reviewer: Ann Gordon, Monday, July 07, 2008
i bought this camera for a new scuba diving man. he was impressed with how "cool" the camera and case looked and could hardly wait to try it out! first thing he did was call his scuba diving buddies and brag about his new underwater camera! your website is easy to navigate, informative, and i have given scuba.com to a variety of other people to view. the camera takes great pictures and it was very easy to use-thank you for the great gift idea.

Rating: Easy to Use Underwater Camera
Reviewer: Ed Demers, Wednesday, August 23, 2006
This camera was inexpensive, but performed well on my trip to Cozumel. I was able to get some very good pictures of my step son and daughter on a scuba trip. The only problem I had was with removing the film after use, but it was a minor issue and solved after a minute or two. I would recommend this camera as a much better option to the high proced disposables available.

Rating: Good underwater camera. Great value.

Had a little trouble loading it at first - the camera itself is extremely lightweight and flimsy, but the shell that protects it is excellent. It takes pictures of the quality of a disposable camera. Great value though - cant beat <$40! Overall it is what I expected.

Rating: Great reusable camera
Reviewer: John L., Thursday, September 27, 2007
We purchased the Snap Sight camera on a trip to the Cayman and for the cost it is a terrific underwater camera. I have taken it fishing and the beach without worrying about damage. The picture quality is above what I had expected from such a simple 35mm camera.
