Rating: Good to Go

Getting these cameras to water seal can be a problem. They advertise them to be good to 130 feet. Mine started to leak at only 60 feet.
I had to modify it by putting some epoxy glue on the lip of the clamp base, in order to increase the clamping pressure. After this modification, I went down to 100 feet, and had no problem with water seal.
Secondly, since this camera has a electric motor to advance the film, it requires more battery power, so you want to put a fresh set of batteries in when you load new film.
Lastly, this camera needs like 15 seconds for the flash to recharge, before the next shot. Overall, the camera is great, once you get use to using it.

Rating: Cheap camera performed well...but

Ive used this cam twice now, and its performance was better than expected. Pics came out as good as a digital we rented on another dive. One big issue .......the shutter button does not works well below 60 feet. You can depress it, but the water pressure makes it very difficult for it to pop back up. It stays depressed sometimes. Big issue. It defiitely needs a stronger spring. Under 60 feet it was fine.

Rating: underwater camera for beginners

This camera is a great first underwater camera. It is automatic, so you dont have to worry about settings. I went snorkeling for the first time this year and I have many very good underwater pictures of beautiful coral, baby fish, parrot fish. Some of them resemble magazine pictures. I am very happy with this camera

Went diving in the Keys,The camera works great only problem is its pos. bouyant and if you let it go it floats up instantly. I had it around my neck and everytime I let it go it floated up and got tangled in my tank. It takes great pics though.I would recommend it to anyone just starting to dabble in UW photog...

Rating: Good camera
Reviewer: Matthew Marko, Tuesday, September 19, 2006
Camera works, takes decent pictures, and very satisfied. If you are a big time underwater photographer, Id recommend getting something better than $40, but if you are like me, who wanted something that can take photos while on my Scuba vacation, its a nice little camera.

Good enty-level 35mm. Very much positively buoyant - could try to weigh it down with some lead. Uncomplicated sealing mechanism. Reliable
