This is a great product for the dollar spent. I have several Neosport products and have always found them to fit well and with an above average comfort. I would recommend this product to anyone who want good quality and great value.

Rating: NeoSport XPan 5mm suit
Reviewer: KENNETH R.  -  View all my reviews
For the money you cannot beat this suit! It is comfortable and stretchy to don. I used it in the waters off San Clemente Island in August, when the water was warmer. It kept me warm in thermocline to 63 degrees.... highly recommend this suit for any warmer waters.

Rating: Great!
Reviewer: Amanda L.
The wetsuit seems to be a bit small at first but once you get into the water it fits perfectly! I feel cold easily under the water after long periods of time without a wetsuit but not anymore after I started wearing this. The material seems to be very promising as well. Although Scuba.com didnt have the wetsuit in stock when I first ordered it, they promptly emailed me back and gave me a delivery date. I would give 5/5 for this product and their service.

This is our fourth TUSA Liberator, and we love them. This black silicone mask conforms better to my face and seals even around my moustache! Great buy, great mask!

Rating: Great Wetsuit!
Reviewer: Greg V.
The wetsuit goes on easy and does not feel like a 5 mil because of the extra stretch, I found that I needed a size larger than the chart though.

The quality of this wetsuit is higher than I expected, the super stretch material is both easy to get on and off while keeping you warm under water.

Questions and Answers for Neosport by Henderson 5mm XSPAN Super Stretch Wetsuit:

  • Kim:

Im 71" tall and 150lbs with a 36 bust. Should I be getting the 13/14?

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Kim, when you are sizing a wet suit or dive skin. The two most important measurements are going to be your chest/bust and waist. Height is a secondary measurement and weight is the last measurement you take into account. Going by the measurements you gave us I would put you into size XL.

  • George:

I am 65" 250lbs, waist 42", chest 50" and wanted to know if the 3XL Neo-sport Xspan Super Stretch will fit me. Also, I will be diving in springs in Florida with temperatures in the lower 60s at depth. I dont get cold easily but I am a Floridian. Will the 5mil be warm enough or do I need to go to a 7mil. Thanks

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello George, the suit I would suggest for you is the Ocean Quest 5mm Premium Super-Stretch Titanium Wetsuit web link: http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-42/150167/Ocean-Quest-5mm-Premium-Super-Stretch-Titanium-Wetsuit.html. This suit will be 150% more stretch then the Henderson.

  • Karen:

I am a 56 1/2" woman, 34-30-37, not a large chest. What size do you recommend? It seems I may be between sizes. Thank you.

Bob  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Based on the Neosport Sizing chart it appears the Ladies Medium (8) would be the best size.

  • Sher:

Im 5 2", 117lbs, 36-27-35. Which size is best for me?

Bob  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Based on the Neosport sizing chart, your closest size would be a MD 7-8 The most important measurements any time you purchase a wetsuit using the manufacturer's sizing charts will always be your waist and chest/bust measurements. The suit needs to fit your torso correctly in order to do its job properly. Keep in mind there is no such thing as a comfortable wetsuit on the surface. You want it to be snug, but not cut off circulation to your extremities. The more snug it is, the thinner the layer of water your body is heating. If its too loose you will remain warm for awhile, but eventually your body won't be able to keep up with the greater amount of water flowing through the suit and you'll wind up getting cold faster. After that your height is a secondary measurement. The manufacturers realize that generally speaking your boots and gloves can overlap slightly short arms and legs, or the diver can push or roll up longer sleeves and/or arms if need be. Weight is a measurement the diver can usually ignore. It really has little to no bearing what so ever on the sizing and fit of your suit. The manufacturers do not take into account muscle being more dense than fat, so based simply on fitness levels 2 people can be the exact same size but quite different in weight. This measurement should only be used if the person is literally on the fence between 2 sizes in all categories.

  • Jim:

Looking for a wetsuit (probably 5mm) for my son for a Christmas gift. It will be his first - was certified a year ago - and will be taking a high school trip to the Bahamas in Spring 2014 to do some diving. Until now, we always rented. Looking for your recommendation for best quality wetsuit on a budget. Thanks

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Jim, when you are sizing a wet suit or dive skin. The two most important measurements are going to be your chest/bust and waist. Height is a secondary measurement and weight is the last measurement you take into account. The best suit is the one that fits the best on the person that is wearing it.

  • Virginia:

I am a female 58" 128 lbs. 37 bust 30 waist. Wondering if I should go for LG-10 or XL-12. Also, Ive never been diving before, would you recommend a rash guard?

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Virginia, you would fit into a size Large. Also rash guards are nice you can wear them for added warmth under your wetsuit or wear them as a stand alone item.

  • CHRIS:

Hello. I have a Sizing question. What size would I need? I am 54" and weigh about 138 Pounds. Thanks

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Chris, when you are sizing a wetsuit or dive skin. The two most important measurements are going to be your chest/bust and waist. Height is a secondary measurement and weight is the last measurement you take into account.

  • Rachel:

Hi :) ordering this for my boyfriend. He is 67 and weighs 200 lbs so he is very fit and slim. Which size do I get him? Large tall? It says it only fits up to 64, and I dont want it to be too small. Thank you!

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Rachel, when you are sizing a wetsuit or dive skin. The two most important measurements are going to be your chest/bust and waist. Height is a secondary measurement and weight is the last measurement you take into account.
