I am 54" and 115 and the small fit very nicely except for the neck being somewhat large. Using a hood nicely solves that problem. I am always cold, but this wetsuit coupled with a hood, has allowed me to remain warm in 70 degree freshwater. Sometimes I wear underarmor coldgear to add bulk and stay warmer for longer. The suit has stretched minimally, and getting it on and off is fairly easy.
