I ordered both the large and the extra large.. I am 511" @ 175lb, but the xlarge was perfect!! I like waring this one better then my old 3/2 wetsuit.. Very very flexable.. I have not been in anything colder then 75 deg so I cant comment on the warmth..

THE SIZES RUN A LITTLE SMALL. WE HAD TO EXCHANGE FOR A LARGER SIZE. SOLID QUALITY AND VERY COMFY.

If you are worried about what size to order, talk to Darrick at Scuba.com. Give him your measurements and he will send you the exact size that fits. It was amazing!!
