Rating: Great Suit, Henderson 5 mm Insta Dry Jumpsuit...
Reviewer: TERESA NOVAK, Monday, September 22, 2008 - View all my reviews
I havent yet hit the water in it, but the suit sure makes me look like a million dollars, my husband says I should be a model for wetsuits. Of course, he didnt realize it took me a hour, a tub of margarine, six handsome men and a crowbar to get into it and zip it up.. He thought I looked beautiful because I was so flushed in the face, little did he know I just suffered a stroke from pulling the suit up over my bottom....JUST KIDDING!!!!!!..... it is a great suit, I have been so spoiled by the Henderson HyperStretch, so it will take some getting used to, I move like Wonder Woman in some "severe body armour" on land, but once I hit the water, I will be in awesome shape, as well as being snug as a bug in a rug.... I love the looks of it, and the fit is perfect, it molds right to my body, laying in the bathtub is a real treat, glad the neighbors cant see in the windows!!!.. It is a keeper!!!!!!

Rating: InstaDry Suits

it wasnt love at first sight when i got my 7 mm henderson instadry jumpsuitit was a real pain to put on and i felt like the michelin man. a friend assured me that it would get better and it did. after you wear it a few times, it tends to conform to your body shape. it also slides on easily if you mix up some hair conditioner and water in a spray bottle and spritz the inside of the suit and your skin before donning. (also softens your skin and keeps the suit smelling good.) the zippers at ankles also help a lot. the 7 mm suit kept me comfortable in the galapagos (along with a hood). i also have a 3 mm suit that i wear in warmer water and just got the 5 mm for slightly cooler temps. the only problem has been some cracking and peeling of the knee patches, which henderson will repair if you send the suit in to them.

Rating: Insta Dry is insta-clean
Reviewer: John L Earle, Thursday, October 12, 2006
I am writing this from Vanuatu, where I am currently a participant in the big French-led SANTOS 2006 biodiversity expedition. My mission is deep reef exploration using rebreathers between 300 and 400 feet. Our dive times with decompression are very long (up to 7 hours)and the interior of my wet suit gets well soaked in substances that decency forbids me to mention. No problem with the Insta Dry. Its surface in non-permeable and I just rinse it off, let it sun dry for a few minutes, and, voila, no stink.....unlike my fellow divers, whom I try to keep downwind at this point in the expedition. The suit is surprisingly warm and does not seem to compress much at depth. This is my second Insta Dry suit. My only quibble is that it is a bit harder to don than other neoprene suits I have used.

I was very sceptic buying it... Guys, it is easy to put it on, just find your way... It is very warm... I dont know if fast drying is that important, but the suit is supper. It needs some care while handeling, like anything with high quality... If you have a Ferrari, youll spend more time and money on it, than if you have a Fiat Uno! :o)

Rating: Fits like a glove
Reviewer: Raymond B., Tuesday, October 14, 2008 - View all my reviews
I am a tall person and other wetsuits seem to be short in the arms and legs for my weight and width. This suit (large long) was a perfect fit. I use it for kayaking in the spring and fall when the weather is cooler. The Suit Juice is a must for the Insta-Dry suit for getting this suit on and off and works like a charm.

Rating: Great Wetsuit!
Reviewer: Sarah Ballini, Sunday, August 24, 2008
I love my 5mm Insta Dry Jumpsuit. This suit is really hard to get on the first time, but it gets easier time. My local dive shop has some wet suit slide spray that helped make the suit come on much easier. This suit feels much warmer than a normal 5mm. It does carry a lot more buoyancy than a normal 5 mm wetsuit.

Rating: I liked it so much I got another one!
Reviewer: Regina T., Wednesday, November 12, 2008 - View all my reviews
I have an Insta-Dry that is to small for me so OF COURSE I had to get another one when it went on sale. They are nice and warm. The only down side is that they can slide and bunch up in ackward places sometimes.

jumpsuit worked just fine very little water allowed in. would prefer to have zippers around wrist like at the bottom of the legs makes it difficult to pull over hands but is a tight fit.

Does its job well in keeping me warm and dries super fast but its pretty hard to get into and they should have zippers on the wrists just like the ones on the ankles.

The 5 mm Insta Dry Feels more like a 7 mm and helps retain warmth.
