As a new diver, I rented BCs. When I decided to buy one (after checking the costs of renting them for a week at a resort), I chose the Mares Kaila BC because of the fantastic feminine fit, great looks and mostly for the back bladder which puts the "squeeze" on the tank rather than my body. Its so much more comfortable and lightweight than the ones I rented. I love it!

Bought this Bc for my daughter and she loves it! The fit and cut (for a womans form) is right on the money. Before this one she had been regulated to mostly mens styles and never felt comfortable in them. She also tried a couple of the other womens styles but again did not feel comfortable when using them. Plus, she loves the color scheme, as it it not the usual drab black.
