I ordered Ocean Quest Totally Dry Snorkel and there seems to be an some sort of snorkel retainer attached to the snorkel, but I cant figure out how it works. I think a piece may be missing. Can you explain how to use the retainer or post a picture of what the functioning retainer should look like?
Hello What is the difference between mini and normal ultra dry oceanic - eg length? I am female, weigh just over 120lbs and have a small mouth I am hoping one of these products is the answer to my problem - when trying to swop from snorkel to regulator I distort the muscles around my mouth so much that water gets into mask and up nose Should I buy mini or normal plus small mouth piece I have just started diving and passed my first PADI qualification Thank you
Ocean Quest offers an exciting Dry Snorkel with their Pacific Totally Dry Snorkel. Functionally designed to be the perfect all-around choice for the novice snorkeler through the most experienced scuba diver. The Dry Snorkel Technology eliminates water entry through the top of the snorkel in the event of a boat wake or a wave coming over the head, making it attractive for divers performing surface swims. It also becomes handy for the snorkeler by eliminating surprise mouthfuls of water being breathed into their lungs when they forget and dip the end of their snorkel into the water while enjoying the sights from the surface.
Designed with comfort and ease of use in mind, this snorkel uses a smooth bore silicone flex tube to help alleviate breathing resistance, and a one-way purge valve for effortless clearing. Also featured in a low profile design are a comfortable and replaceable, ergonomically curved mouthpiece, and a snorkel retainer clip. Available in a variety of colors and in a regular adult size and a youth or mini size, the Pacific Totally Dry Snorkel is an attractive and economical choice for the diver who values performance and price.
