The Cuda Dry 2 is truly designed with the diver's comfort in mind. AERIS' patented dry snorkel technology that actually works! In addition, this snorkel is has a low-profile and comfort-fit design. The quick-release snorkel keeper allows you to remove the snorkel out from your mask for easy storage. In the event that water enters your snorkel when you are swimming on the surface, the Cuda's oversized purge will allow you to easily and effectively clear the snorkel.
You want a dry snorkel, but you need one with a smaller mouthpiece? The Cuda Dry Mini is what you're looking for. The same cuda dry feel and technology is adapted for smaller mouths and in all the same colors!
The dry snorkel technology allows for easy breathing at the surface. When you make your surface dive when snorkeling and are underwater, a small valve closes and keeps the water out. When you return to the surface, you can count on the fact your mouth will fill with air and not water. When used on a Scuba dive, the Cuda's smooth bore corrugated lower flex-tube will allow the snorkel mouthpiece to drop away from your face so it won't interfere with your Scuba regulator.
Any good piece of diving gear should allow for replacement of parts that wear out. Both the 100% liquid silicone mouthpiece and purge valve are both removable and replacements are available.
