It lives up to its name of semi-dry. Some water gets in but not much. I had a somewhat difficult time getting it cleared in one try, thus I swallowed some water. Still a goos snorkle, but maybe I should have gotten the Ultra-Dry

A useful piece of equipment to have.Very functional and easy to use.Pushes out water to the bottom and has a cover over the top to protect from waves flushing water down the tube.
