The yoke adapter was of the same quality as the original I had however it was much cheaper than on the spare air website. It works fine and I am happy with the purchase as well ass the service from Scuba.com

the Yoke fill adaptor is much easier to use than the in-line hose adaptor that I got with the unit. No tools are required and the process is much esier and quicker. The new yoke adaptor also has an easier pressure relief built into the tightening collar that eliminates a purge screw that was on the older Yoke adaptor. An elegent design.

Rating: Spare Air refill adapter - A cost effective solution

I recently purchased this refill adapter for my spare air tank. I wanted to try it as an alternative to refilling at scuba shops which is not always an option. I was skeptical about how well it would work, but I decided I had to try it. when it arrived I found it was constructed well, and was very easy to use. It also came with very concise instructions. Overall this is a great buy for someone that has a tank they can refill from. It is a definite money saver. My only criticism is that it will not fit the necks on SCBA tanks, so it is limited to regular scuba tanks. Just an FYI for anyone else thinking about that. I actually use this at my fire dept for refills by hooking it through the tank refilling station. It works well that way, but I did have to change some adapters on the station to make it work. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone with a spare air.
