I bought one for my wifes Octo and liked it so well, I bought another for my A700 secondary. Expensive, but so is everything associated with diving. I would be leary of cheap knock-offs. This one is well made. I would buy again.

I original added one of these to my reg setup to eliminate jaw fatigue/hose pull. I had no idea how much it would change my comfort level! The hose feels like it’s gone. I can route my second stage over or under arm too. My wife hates it when I buy her scuba gear… she never thinks it’s worth the money. After trying my reg, she asked for one too.

I bought this mechanism for mask movement freedom. This device allows your MASK to be at ease.Quick face movement is essential in times of need.Without it your air hose will cause your mask to unseal allowing cold water to enter your mask.One should never under estimate omni movement while diving.Reasure your time under water with smart tools.Full Face masks and the Omni Swivel are user friendly They belong together..... Rating: Great for streamlining and reducing jaw fatigue

I got this idea from a friend of mine whom had a Sherwood Maximus Regulator. It has a 120 angle that allowed him to loop the LP hose from his 2nd stage to his 1st stage under his right arm. I hooked up the Omniswivel in a similar fashion to my S600 The Omniswivel is even better than a fixed bend like my friends Maximus, as the hose is free too move in any direction, thus decreasing strain on my jaw. Since the hose runs under my right arm, it is harder for my hose to snag. Since I have an alternate Inflator/Regulator instead of a separate Octo, the swivel lets me spin my primary regulator around so that the recipient can use it w/o kinking or putting a bend in the regulator hose. One important caveat, you need to use a 40" hose as your standard regulator hose will be too short.
