purchased the seacure hi-flow mouth piece to put on a new sherwood sr1 and it works great and very comfortable once you get is molded to your mouth. when the direction says not to it in the boiling water, it means it as i ruined the first one i attempted to mold. i used the yellow retention piece that is shipped with it to be used during storage (and the directions also say to use it during the process of dipping the mouth piece in the boiling water). well, i did as the direction stated and when the mouth piece heat up the orfice expanded causing the mouth piece to fall into the water ruining it. fyi - dont follow the directions and use tongs or equivalent for the process.

loving the new mouthpiece! its more expensive than a standard mouthpiece but well worth it as far as im concerned. its easy to custom fit, the instructions are simple and accurate (i hate it when instructions are in chinese or skip a vital step), and its very comfortable while diving. i had tried and rejected three different sized mouthpieces before i found the seacure i gave them 15-20 dives before i tossed them - yes, they worked but they were never quite right. too big and my face felt stretched or too small and my jaw hurt from clamping down on it. ive already ordered a second one for my snorkel - measure carefully if you do this so you get the right size. seacure i fits 1 1/4" x 3/4", seacure ii fits 1 7/16" x 7/8".

Love these mouth pieces. I have them on both of my regs,and they definitely reduce mouth fatigue. I even had to refit one after some dental surgery and it came out just fine. Easy to fit and nice and secure.

This is one of the best purchases I have made in scuba equipment. Last year I had to cut my diving in Bonaire short after only 5 dives because my jaw ached and popped so badly. I purchased this mouth piece and just returned from Roatan and aft 15 dives there was not even a hint of jaw ache or popping. Great product!

I love Seacures. When I got my new ScubaPro, I was upset that I couldnt get my old Seacure to fit. Well the stiffness of the material necessitates the 3 different sizes. My Sherwood took a II and my ScubaPro needs a I. Oh well, If I switch back and forth, I wont need to change the mouth piece.
Just be sure and READ the directions when you custom fit it. Biting too hard is about the only incurable sin.

This is a custom mouth piece. Ive never used one that gave me less jaw fatigue. I feels like it was made for you because...it was. I wont go into it any more because what else can I say.
The biggest piece of advice is to READ THE DIRECTIONS about customizing the mouth piece several times prior to actually doing it for the first time. I bit down too hard and needless to say I had to buy a 2nd Seacure. Any other mistake and you can reheat it and re-mold it but not that one.

This is the most comfortable mouthpiece on the market. Its easy to mold and fits your mouth perfectly, no jaw fatigue no matter how many dives. The price is higher than other mouthpieces but it is a must have for any diver.
