ive use a lot of different style mouthpieces over the years and this is far and away the most comfortable and most stable ive ever used. it extends back to the molars, rather than just fitting in the front of the mouth. i hardly notice it is in my mouth. on a recent trip to fiji in ripping currents, i never even had to "bite down" to secure my reg. when i got back, i bought another for my spare reg. one note to scubapro users. if you use your re-usable clamp over this mouthpiece, it will leak. youll need to use a cable-tie. than it is water-tight. highly recommended!!!

For the value, this mouthpiece is great if you are suffering from a sore jaw. The longer mouthpiece allows you to bite down from the back of your mouth rather than using your front teeth. With my old mouthpice (standard size)every time I turned my head my reg seemed to want to fall out of my mouth, which made me bite down more. I noticed the diffrence on my first dive. This is an excellent and cheap addition to your regulator.

BUY IT! Its a MUST HAVE! Its a long mouthpiece that allows your entire jaw line to clamp down on it. With a conventional mouthpiece you have to bite down using the front part of your mouth and lips, the Wisdom utilizes the stronger muscles in the upper neck and rear of the jaw, beneath the mollars. THE MOUTH PIECE IS VERY-VERY COMFORTABLE IN THE MOUTH-IT WOULD OF BEEN NICER IF IT ALSO CAME IN THE COLOR-YELLOW,JUST LIKE EVERONE ELSES-ITS BLACK.MY JAWS DONT GET SORE OR TIGHT,LIKE THEY DID WITH THE STANDARD MOUTH PIECE.

This mouthpiece is the best! I have used the standard mouthpiece and after a while it fell apart, but with the wisdom mouthpiece I could hold on to the regulator better with my mouth and it took less stress off my jaw.
